At Veleno Botanica, every product is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in beautiful condition.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on consumable items, including teas, once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Veleno Botanica is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in opening a claim.
